• Schedule a no-fee 15- min phone or ZOOM meeting with Dr. Eric Nach to discuss our program and your needs.
  • Then schedule a 90-minute evaluation, complete applications, submit testing and additional documentation.
  • Parent(s) and student meet with Dr. E. Nach (in person at our Boca Raton, FL office or virtually) for up to 90 minutes. Dr. E. Nach will complete a Functional Assessment.
  • It will take 5-7 days to create a Functional Assessment Summary which will be sent to parents. Once reviewed, parents will schedule a brief no-fee meeting to discuss report and initiate services.
